Clearomisers and coils
Clearomisers and coils are consumable products, we provide a 24 hour DOA (dead on arrival) warranty. This means that from the date of purchase the buyer has 24 hours to ensure clearomisers and coils are in good working order and report any faults.
We offer a limited DOA warranty on clearomisers and coils on the basis that all our Kingvape branded products are inspected and tested and in the case of batteries also charged after we have received them from the manufacturer, this prevents any DOA items being sold in the first instance and therefore any problems arriving after purchase and usage are either covered by warranty or fall under the limitations of warranty coverage.
Purchasers should be aware that our electronic cigarette batteries and atomizers, although made to the highest quality, are functional devices, which will fail and degrade over a period of time dependent on usage.
