Delivery Information

All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail. The cost for postage including packaging will be presented to you at the checkout. As a guide we offer free shipping on orders over £20, this is a second class service. On orders over £25, free shipping is via Royal Mail Tracked 48. There are options at the checkout to upgrade to a faster service, at a subsidised rate, if required.

• Orders that have been paid for before 3pm GMT Monday to Friday (Not including public holidays) will be dispatched the same day
• Orders that have been paid for after 3pm GMT Monday to Friday Not including public holidays) will be dispatched the following working day.

Royal Mail Second class - delivery aim 2-3 working days including Saturdays

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - delivery aim is 2-3 working days. This is a fully tracked service, providing a photo on delivery and GPS of the delivery location. SMS and email notifications are also provided to the *customer by Royal Mail.

Royal Mail First class - delivery aim is the next working day including Saturdays.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - delivery aim is the next working day. This is a fully tracked service, providing a photo on delivery and GPS of the delivery location. SMS and email notifications are also provided to the *customer by Royal Mail.

We have provided the delivery aims published on Royal Mails website, but your order could take longer to arrive for reasons beyond our control. During busier periods e.g. Easter/Christmas/Abnormal weather events you should allow extra time above normal expectation for your order to arrive due to the increased demand at the time.

All information is correct as 14/10/2024, we have to constantly review our delivery information as we experience 2-3 price increases a year from Royal Mail. When you receive your order you can see the cost of postage (to us) whether your shipping is free or at a subsidised rate from us.
